Callahan Club & Resort

Callahan, Florida

Callahan Club & Resort is a multi-destination cottage and luxury motorcoach retreat situated on 62 wooded acres in Callahan, Florida, just outside of Jacksonville. Designed as a comprehensive, family-focused getaway, the property’s central goal is to combine diverse recreational attractions and high-end lodging within a single gated community. Opening in phases through 2027, the resort aims to accommodate short-term vacationers, seasonal residents, and large-scale group events by offering 450 combined park model cottages and luxury RV pads equipped with full hookups. At Callahan Club & Resort, guests can stay on-site to enjoy dedicated private resort amenities alongside dynamic, public-facing entertainment hubs.

The development is structured around three distinct core experiences: a private residential area, a golf facility, and a water park. The private resort sector will feature a clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness and business centers, pickleball and basketball courts, and scenic walking trails. Pine Royale, the property’s currently open golf entertainment component, offers a fully lit par-3 course with synthetic greens, driving range bays, mini-golf, and a full-service bar and restaurant. Rounding out the property is Splash Royale, a planned seven-acre waterpark that will include a waterslide complex, a zero-entry pool, a splash pad, a lap pool, and a 3,000-square-foot arcade, creating a robust, all-in-one recreational experience.
