Fort Dodge District Athletic Complex

JBC was selected by the Fort Dodge School District to evaluate the District Athletic Complex which consists of a football stadium, baseball stadium, a football practice field, 2 soccer practice fields and 2 softball fields. The design team worked closely with the school board in needs assessment, field programming, project budget development and preparation of information for citizen review for a $1.2 million tax bond vote.

The development of new District athletic programs over the past few years has dramatically increased the complex from a dedicated field system to a mixed-use facility. Innovative programming has maximized use of limited field District funding in providing improved athletic facilities.
