Jeffrey L. Bruce & Company has been retained to plan and develop this 20-acre community park for the City of Gladstone Missouri. This large park will compliment the existing Happy Rock park by providing additional sports fields for active recreation along with picnic areas, walking trails and other passive recreation activities.

JBC will develop the park's master plan and provide construction documents and administration for the city of Gladstone.

Upon completion, the Happy Rock Park Complex will become the premier active recreation complex for the rapidly developing Kansas City Northland.
