JBC was retained to develop a master plan for this 25 year old institution. While a consistent architectural styles were used throughout the campus, there was a need for an overall development plan to establish an ordered and logical framework for future growth. The master plan addresses the various social and educational purposes of the campus. The product is a master framework plan which will assure a consistent design approach to a carefully defined set of programmatic and physical goals. Design guidelines addressing all aspects of the physical program will help to assure a unity of vocabulary and design expression in sympathy with the distinctive character of the College and its site.
